- The Over Under House Blend is a delicious roast with notes of chocolatey, almondy and citrus sweetness.
- We roast all of our coffee in collaboration with Assembly Coffee in Brixton, using a regional blend from Risaralda. This blend is a combination of beans from producers in the regions of Santuario, El Aguila, and Belén de Umbría.
- Our regional blend is produced with the farmers in mind, using direct trade so producers have a 250% increase in profitability than normal fair trade coffee.
